Are you a fan of vintage-style travel posters? Are you a fan of cryptids? Then you are in the right place!

Krista, our co-owner and graphic designer, created this poster for Margate, South Africa and Trunko, the cryptid that washed up on its shores. Some combination of wooly mammoth and whale, Trunko could reportedly be seen hassling fishing boats and entire whale pods in the waters around Margate.

This poster is an artistic rendering of a scenic Margate beach, with Trunko breaching in the waves. The text reads, “South Africa, Margate” with the tagline, “A whale of a good time”.
